Case study Project Roof renovation – Lev 29 Chorus House, Auckland City.

Overlay with Viking Rynobond system with TPO 1.5mm.

Three roofs in total, curved middle roof was ply timber construction, East and West on concrete. The curved roof was very challenging as the whole time all the technician’s were working with a harness, carefully managing the Ryno bond heat treatment then same managing the selvage edge welding up and over the curve. 

The East & West roofs fortunately had a fixed hand rail. The complexity was very challenging as we completed this in the middle of winter with complex weather and high winds. This project had Terracon winning the Best NZ Commercial project for the year in 2022.
