Installed Nuralite 3PM torch on. The existing roof membrane had long long expired. Testimony for a single layer with no UV to last 40+ years. Simple process to spray & clean, remove all lichen & moss. Re-torch existing laps that had separated, prime & install new base sheet followed by cap sheet. Detail correctly all pipe / vents / ac plinths.
