Project Summary
Sugatree - Auckland CBD. Terracon installed approximately 6000m2 of Bentech Bentonite GCL 5.5 tanking membrane from Bentech Pacific. This was applied to all underslabs, share walls and perimeter shotcreted walls. This project was demanding as the site had a small but constant stream of water running through its centre. Once the area was ‘sealed’ by Bentech, this stream was completely overcome.
