University Building – Newmarket: New Fluids concrete reservoir structure. This site has an interesting history as it’s the old Lions Brewery building. The site came with its very own clean natural spring (this water was in fact used for the manufacture and bottling of the Lion brand of beers!). The spring did create many challenging obstacles; however these were overcome with the application of Sika Bentonite.
